Recycle, Recycle, Recycle.

Recycling is an easy way to set a good example for others and for the surrounding youth. Recycling sends a positive message that will be heard.

A majority of counties in New Jersey recycle merely half of all recyclable materials. If people are nagged about the state of the environment, but have no example to follow, nothing will be accomplished.

One company that knows the importance of recycling is Marcal. In the 1940s Marcal developed the technology to de-ink wastepaper so that it could be recycled into pulp for tissue paper. Since this development Marcal has been a growing leader in its industry.

Owned thus far by four generations of family, Marcal established the paper recycling process. All of the company's products meet or exceed EPA guidelines for recycled products. The leading company uses chlorine free processing and does not use mercury in the pulping process. Marcal produces paper towels, paper napkins, facial tissue, and bathroom tissue products.

Marcal is a great example of what one person's wasted paper can become. Instead of talking about the declining environment, we should do our part to help. After all, this is our home!
